FINE PRINT

Regular Hour Service/Diagnostic

  • Regular business hour rates are 8 AM - 4:30 PM

  • All parts and supplies billed additionally

  • $150 includes 1st half hour on site

  • Billed by 30 minute increments ($75/half hour)

  • $180 hourly - 2 techs billed in 30 minute increments ($80/half hour)

After Hour Service/Diagnostic

  • After hour rates are 4:30 PM - 8 AM

  • $225 includes 1st hour (starts when you leave your home or previous call)

  • $165 hourly - billed in 30 minute increments

  • Billing stops when the call is complete

Inspections

  • $130 for inspect only (1 hour)

  • Hook ups - material/pressure test, etc. to be quoted/billed as extras on work orders

  • $150 hourly billed in 30 minute increments after the 1st hour

Maintenance

  • All parts and supplies billed additionally

Call In (No Plan)

  • $150 single appliance covers for 1st hour on site

  • $90 for add on equipment (A/C, HP, FP, tankless, single head ductless)

  • $150 ductless single head A/C or HP only + $75 extra per head

  • $75 add on IAQ (Humidifier, HRV, Hepa etc.)

  • $130 IQ only maintenance

Oil Single Applicane (No Plan)

  • $265 includes 2 hours on site

  • $150 hourly billed in 30 minute increments
